Exhibit Personnel Registration

Deadline: June 1, 2012

*Note: There will be a late fee charge of $100 per name after this date.

Please email a list of your exhibit personnel in an Excel spreadsheet to Susan@asmbs.org.

Badges will be available for pickup at the Exhibitor Registration Desk located in the Convention Center.

Individuals requesting badges on site will be charged a $100 registration fee. A business card and personal identification are required.

Exhibiting companies are entitled to five exhibit personnel badges per 100 square feet. Additional badges may be purchased for $100 each.

Exhibit personnel may attend the Plenary Session on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday on a space-available basis. This does not apply to other educational courses. Exhibit personnel may register for and pay registration fees for educational courses as desired.

Admission to social events is not included in the Exhibit Package; however, tickets are available for purchase at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
